Info from Licensor: "I was driving to go get lunch when I stopped for the woman walking in the street. After stopping my car, I honked at her and pointed for her to move to the sidewalk. She freaked out, and slammed her hand down on my car. I continued to point over towards the sidewalk, trying to just stay calm. Right after she smacked my car, she came over to the passenger side of the car and tried grabbing my door handle. I quickly steered away enough to get around her and accelerated to make sure she couldn't grab my car door. After picking up lunch, I noticed her at the CVS Pharmacy next to where the incident happened. I pulled in to talk to the police about what happened. That's when I found out she was having a 'mental crisis' and I decided not to press any charges on her; I figured her mental health was more important at the moment."
