Info from Licensor: "After exiting the subway after work on 86th Street in the Upper East Side, I saw a crowd gathered outside the Papaya King hot dog shop. In the middle of the crowd was this peregrine falcon making an afternoon snack of a rock pigeon. The falcon was unphased by the large crowd and even fire engines that drove by."
