Info from Licensor: "This is a sleeping dugong. It is a rare marine animal, also called a sea cow. In Egypt, it is mainly found in the warm waters of the Red Sea in the south of the country. This video was shot this year in the bay of Abu Dabbab near the resort town of Marsa Alam, where we come for diving."
