Police Cruiser Collides with California Transportation Truck

Info from Licensor: "On Saturday, August 31st it was announced at 3:15 PM there was a woman on the 91 freeway threatening to jump. We sat there for about an hour and a half. People were trying to make the time pass by dancing on their cars and playing soccer on the freeway. Finally, I heard police sirens on the opposite side of the freeway coming down so I decided to record them. That's when I captured the crash between the cal trans truck and the police officer. Parts of their vehicles started to fly at me as I jumped back. People jumped out of their cars and crossed the freeway to help. The 91 west had already waited an hour and a half from the jumper. Then due to the accident had to wait another couple of hours."
