Info From Licensor: "I went to pick up lunch for my mother that was stuck at home with no access to the streets that a normal vehicle is capable of. While leaving, the streets were flooded everywhere. I saw a stranded guy, offered help but he refused it. I then proceeded to go home." - Ted Nguyen
