Info from Licensor: "This was the OSTPA tractor pull event at the 2019 Wayne County Fair. This tractor starts to lose control and jackknife a bit. When the trailer makes contact it shoots the rear tire off and the front one also. Fortunately, the cement barrier protected the crowd."
