The first cyclist runs a stop sign and quickly notices a vehicle from the incoming lane making a legal left turn in front of him. The first cyclist then brakes hard and is rear ended by another cyclist running the same stop sign.
Neither cyclist is paying attention, neither cyclist is wearing a helmet, both cyclists are wearing earphones."
