Info from Licensor: "This was from the Pirate Day Flood. Approx 12' of rain fell over a few short hours overnight and it overwhelmed the drainage system. I took this video from the parking lot on Dallas St, connecting to Highway 105. I was standing behind a concrete planter in water about 30' deep. Many vehicles were caught unaware and flooded and abandoned."
