Info from Licensor: "My son Ozric came into my bedroom crying because he got a plastic ring toy stuffed around his chest, I had told him not to do that previously but obviously he didn’t listen. I was honestly thinking he would come back with a pair of school scissors but instead came back with a knife. Ozzie and Ozric are a handful and I wanted to see how Ozric would get out of this one. So that was me being overly dramatic along with my eldest son Marco in the background. As you can see the plastic toy came off easily, of course, Ozric just panicked."
