Info From Licensor: "I had driven into my neighborhood returning from work and had noticed three police vehicles , then I noticed the young longhorn trotting and wandering down the street. Slowly the squad cars carefully followed.the animal being very careful not to frighten or harm the animal. I grabbed my phone and began taking video. A few minutes later a truck towing a livestock trailer brought up the rear , later on they had safely contained the animal." - Scott Allen Burns
