Info from Licensor: "Mookie, my corgi, lives with my parents. She loves her seasonal costumes and my mother dresses her up for every occasion whether it’s Easter or Halloween. For Christmas last year, my mom decided to decorate her with Christmas lights. Mookie usually takes to her costumes and poses with a smile, but this time, she was not a fan. Maybe it was the blinking lights that she found annoying."
