Info From Licensor: A couple weeks ago my wife and kids were behind this guy at a red light and she took a picture of him and told me the story. I thought it was hilarious. The day I recorded it, I had just picked up my kids from gymnastics and we were headed to get some food and then go home when the rode past us and I immediately recognized the bike and the fact that he was a dwarf. I told the kids, look it's the little guy on a motorcycle again and they immediately said yeah that's him. So I told the kids were going to follow him and see how he stops at a red light. We ended up going a couple miles past where we needed to turn because the light were all green. Finally came to a red light and recorded the video. After the light turned green and he took off we made a u turn and went on our way."
