Occurred on May 20, 2016 / Studio city, California, USA Info From Licensor: "I had just parked at a meter on Ventura Blvd and started to head into the gym. I then saw a full grown man with no clothing on, throwing himself around on the floor. He then starts to yell and gets up making irrational movements. At times a man trying to contain the out of control man had to stop traffic as it appeared the troubled man was going to run into traffic and be hit by a car. The subject seemed to be on some powerful drugs as I watched him hit his head numerous times (I did not film everything) hard on the concrete and keep on. Eventually a LAPD officer arrived and began to get to situation under more control. The officer was alone and kept his distance from the subject. I stopped filming again at one point and the subject got up and ran from the officer clear across two lanes and the median of Ventura blvd only to fall face first in front of cars in the opposing lanes. At that time the officer approached and eventually put a knee into the back of the subject as backup arrived. The man was arrested." - Robert Robinson
