Info from Licensor: "Granny pranks a friend in the pub with the divers lung tester. You have to try and make the wheel spin, it’s a puzzle prank. So when she does it, she’s able to make the wheel turn. But when she passes it to him, he gets covered. He’s a little reluctant to do it in the beginning.
