Info From Licensor: "I was riding on my way home from work, waiting for the green light to proceed and suddenly the cyclist attempted to take on the red light for him (green for me at this point) where he almost get hit by oncoming traffic, in the mist almost got me rear ended, and right away a police officer which was two cars on the left lane behind me, pulled the cyclist over." - Sergio Almonte / ViralHog
