Info From Licensor: "I was driving on a Dutch highway and saw in my rear mirror that the couple in the car behind me were arguing. The driver was continuously driving super fast towards me and would then break heavily just in time. Then he saw opportunity to overtake me on the right side (illegally) and cut me off while doing it. At that point I grabbed my phone to record the video."
