Info from Licensor: "My daughter was excited about going trick or treating. She was handing out candy while waiting for her parents to be ready. As she went in and out, she was not supposed to leave the bowl on the porch; however, she forgot. The next time she went out, she discovered the bowl was empty. She learned why we didn't want the bowl left outside. Some people do not respect others, and ruin fun times for everyone else.
I logged into my Total Connect 2.0 security system, and immediately found the video. Later, we found out that this older teenager had been stealing candy around Elizabethtown, KY. If they spotted a bowl, they emptied it into their duffel bag."
