Info from Licensor: "I had a ping for a casino in Bossier City, LA. I arrived, and a woman and man entered the car. I informed the woman politely she can not have her open container of alcohol in the car (This is common with casino pick-ups, most people have no problem following the rules and the law). She gets upset with me, and threatens me that 'They will never get me again,' which is a direct threat to give me a one-star rating, and possibly make a false report with Uber, trying to get me deactivated. People have done this in the past. I make the smart decision to remove them from my car. She throws out a slur, 'He's Gay', which did not hurt my feelings in the slightest. I was unmatched with passengers account."
