Info from Licensor: A police officer got a call for an animal in distress. Upon arrival, the officer saw a goat running around its pen with a food bag over its head with no way to get it off. He waited for the goat to come over, and was able to get the bag off, but the goat ran into the gate because he couldn’t see.
