Info from Licensor: " I Was eating dinner with a fellow fire photographer when we noticed smoke from his balcony and went to investigate, upon arrival we found a man that was burned acting strangely. While waiting for first responders to arrive, we notices the subject begin to light additional fires and that's when I started recording and documents his actions." - Bernard Deyo
