Info: Two small dogs were left inside a dangerously hot vehicle with temperatures over 90 degrees at a shopping center. Security attempted to contact the owner, but after an hour, bystanders took action. One man tried to break the window with a knife. Another bystander used a golf club and successfully popped open the window. The dogs were removed from the vehicle and given water immediately. They were taken to a local animal shelter and then placed in care of new families. Meanwhile, their owner was arrested for animal abuse.
