Info from Licensor: "The thief in this video was going car to car in my neighborhood. I had forgotten to lock my car, so he climbed in and started going through my property. He found my husband's duty belt in the back seat, and the badge on the belt scared him off (my husband is an animal control officer). About 15-30 minutes later, the thief came back, opened the back hatch, and stole the duty belt and equipment on the belt. We filed a police report, the thief was caught, but police were only able to recover the baton from the belt."
