Info from Licensor: "We did this for Nathan's birthday as he has always strived to try something he'd never tried before on each birthday, so I set this up. Its surströmming, a Swedish dish consisting of herring that has fermented In bacteria, considered as one of the worst smelling foods in the world. We did it in my garage with my wife filming, my son and two other friends watching. Nathan and I have been best friends for 27 years and have a history of this sort of thing."
