Lady Lets Car Roll into Oncoming Traffic with Child Inside

Info from Licensor: "I was driving down division street in Arlington, TX. When A lady suddenly and without warning drives into my lane and side swipes me. When I attempted to get her insurance information she flips out getting out of the car leaving her car in neutral and her child in the front seat. As we are arguing the car slowly creeps into oncoming traffic with a child still in the front seat."
