Info from Licensor: "This video taken at a Pet Halloween Parade part of the Fairfield Connecticut Chamber of Commerce Fall festival these two pit bulls Freya and Neela were rescued by their mom from who dresses them up in costumes she makes herself. She learned to sew just to be able to make them clothes she takes them to local events as pit bull goodwill ambassadors promote the goodness of the breed. This was taken as she put final touches of their costumes raggedy Ann and Andy moments before the parade was set to begin. I loved how they were so incredibly gentle with the little girl who was giggling with delight at them she thought they were two dolls and loved how her mother had no fear that they were pit bulls."
