Info from Licensor: "Emotions get heated quickly leading to a smashed windshield and swinging hammer. On 9/6/2016 at 4:16PM, I'm heading South on Downey Blvd waiting to make left onto Bandini when I see this angry dude holding a motorcycle helmet walk over to this car in the middle of traffic.
The victim had driven off by the time I realized I had everything on my dashcam. Unfortunately the victim has no license plate, so no way to reach him."
