Info from Licensor: "I had just finished informing my supervisor that I would be pulling over and taking my final break in order to wait out some bad weather. That's when the winds picked up and it became harder to see. So, I decided to record the storm as I pulled over. I really thought I would going to be blown off the road and I wanted a video recording proving why I would be late delivering the mail."
