Info from Licensor: "I was driving my normal commute to work one morning when suddenly this guy passes me on the shoulder. Apparently, this guy decides that he gets to make up his own traffic laws. While me and the rest of the law abiding drivers continue to crawl along, I suddenly see on the shoulder that the guy who passed us all using his own private commute lane has been pulled over. Never had I felt such sweet revenge as we did that morning seeing this guy pulled over in the seat of shame."
