Vehicles Block Drunk Driver on Road When He Stops to Pee

Info from Licensor: "On Eastbound interstate 84, exit 22 just outside of Portland, Oregon this car was traveling in front of us and started swerving, so we started recording the whole incident and calling 911 to get him off the road. Us and the other truck blocked him in when we saw that he may try to drive off. We blocked the entire interstate and had cars and trucks backed up till the cops showed up. I felt it was the safest option to stop everyone."
