Info from Licensor: "The incident happened in front of Dat Dog, on the corner of Frenchmen and Chartres in New Orleans. I could tell something was about to happen when these people weren't getting out of the way of the car, so I quickly started to film. I happened to catch the dude in the white T-shirt ride on the hood, which prompted the Uber driver to give the car some gas, knocking a girl down. The crowd proceeded to bang on his car while one or two bystanders were attempting to clear a path for him to drive. Hard to see, but at 17 seconds the driver climbs out of his sun roof and brandishes a pistol. Once the car passed, everyone continued dancing and I ate my fries."
