Info from Licensor: "We had an unprecedented winter in 2016-2017, with record snow fall and below average temperatures. We own and manage several industrial properties in our community, and were overwhelmed with maintenance requests due to the abnormal weather. In this video, my son and I were driving around our buildings and clearing ice from the roof drain pipes to keep the water flowing off of the roofs, to prevent ponds up on top of the buildings. Posting the video was more for information purposes, to encourage others to keep roof drain pipes clear of ice to avoid costly damage to their properties."
