Info: Stavropol region experienced extreme weather that led to power outages in Shpakovsky and Kochubeevskoe areas, and in the village blew off the roof of a building. Roofs were damaged at schools and in other locations.
The wind force reached 30 meters per second. The wind damaged high-voltage transmission line substation. Stavropol and several settlements were left for several hours without water.
