Occurred on December 6, 2016 / Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada Info from Licensor: "This happened while backcountry skiing Calamity Couloir on Mt. Lipallian in Lake Louise Banff National Park. It was a close call, the hazard was moderate in the alpine. The slope released under me while ski cutting the slope."
