Info from Licensor: "This driver was seen scraping along for more than 15 miles before being pulled over and coming to a stop. When asked where the driver was going, they responded, "I'm trying to get to the dealership to have my tire changed." Ohh the stupidity. Luckily, no one was hurt during this incident (other than the poor Toyota RAV4 which is now scarred for life, literally)."
