Info from Licensor: "I was driving to work and saw the event unfold as I was arriving at a junction.
The car driving was dazzled by the winter sun and veered into the middle of the road. He didn't see the pedestrian who was crossing and would have hit him if it wasn't for the traffic island between him and the speeding car."
