Info from Licensor: "This video was taken on my dashcam shortly after midnight on New Years Day 2020. The bridge froze over before the roadway did, and the person who lost control was trying to avoid another car that had spun out before I got to that spot. It was a very scary moment and an important reminder that bridges freeze before roadways."
