Info from Licensor: "I was driving down I95 south with my boyfriend, when he noticed a dog on the back of a trailer. We saw the poor dog chained to the top of a cage by one tether and with the letter S branded into his right back leg. It broke my heart! I knew right then that I had to do something, so I decided to become a voice for this poor dog. I made the video public to try and locate the man, and reported the incident to the authorities. The next morning, the owners had already been identified."
