Occurred on May 12, 2016 / London
Info from Licensor: "I was cycling along a quiet road in London going just under 20 mph. As I approached, the driver of the Land Rover just sat there, at the green light, looking down. He turned without looking and I had no time, no room, just a big crash. Though he apologized at the scene and said he couldn't see me, he later claimed that apparently I was speeding. Not sure what he was hoping to expect by saying that, that implies that he saw me and drove in front of me anyway. He was unfortunately only given driving without due care and attention and attended a driving awareness course."
