Info from Licensor: "I was taking photos of the blowing snow, when I decided that video would capture the scene better. I could barely open my car door against the strong wind and my fingers became numb in seconds. I didn’t capture a very long video because the wind was very strong and cold! This is what we like to call a ground blizzard, when there’s fresh snow and strong winds, blowing it around."
