Info from Licensor: "This was the second time in my life that I have called 911. Just saw this on I-15 near Parowan. No chain, nothing holding this dog to the bed of this truck. Unbelievable. Hopefully a trooper stopped him. He was going about 80 mph and the dog looked terrified. He was pacing back and forth. I called the police immediately. When we got home, I called the Iron County Sheriff's office and asked them about this. They said that none of their troopers responded to this call. Were there other things going on in the middle of nowhere that were more important??!"
