Info from Licensor: "My Dad has been asking my siblings and me for a surprise party for the better portion of this last decade. My brother is in the Navy, so he couldn’t make it for the surprise. Luckily, he was able to be a part of the occasion in other ways. My sister and I were able to get the time off from work in order to drive the 400 something odd miles to surprise him on his (our old) doorstep. My Dad does not cry. In my 32 years, I’ve seen him shed a couple of tears in the same amount of time. That was for the passing of his mother and my siblings and my own mother. Family and friends call him the 'Unofficial Mayor of Wilmington,' because he is known, loved and adored by so many."
