Info from Licensor: "As a Lyft driver was traveling to take a passenger to their destination, we witnessed an excavator crossing the street to get back on the flatbed. Traffic was stopped without flaggers or anyone directing traffic. So, we couldn't get through, and I reversed my vehicle due to safety. I believe the reason why the excavator was loading on the flatbed because it may have been blocking traffic and finished its assignment. It was a struggle to see the guy load the machinery and in the end, fall into the ditch. People came running to check on him, but he appeared †o be okay."
