Info from Licensor: "Two years before the video, at Geoff's 50 Birthday, he was given two bright green mankinis, but it was the coldest recorded night in Cessnock history, so he promised to wear one when the creek finally ran with water. The creek had been dry for 7 years, but finally, the rain came, and everyone reminded him of his promise. It was still cold."
