Info from Licensor: "I was at work in my truck when we came over Auckland's Harbour Bridge, and saw this 2 year old hanging over the back seat of this convertible! We were shocked, police were notified, and I recorded it on my phone and uploaded it to my Facebook page immediately, thinking a few of my friends would be shocked."
