Info from Licensor: "A lady dropped her hat on like the 8th story of a parking garage waiting for the Houston’s Astros World Series parade. Someone on the ground picked it up and the best method to return it was toss it up to her one garage level at a time. The crowd was very involved in this and cheered everyone on to pass the hat back up."
