Info from Licensor: "My kitty, Alfredo, loves chasing laser pointer like any other kitten does, which had me thinking if he understood the concept of how the light is created. I simply wanted him to understand that the device is what creates the light, so I tried and found a way to make him somewhat understand what was going on. It seems to have worked."
