Info from Licensor: "I’ve been going to the gym for 2 and 1/2 years now, so when this whole lockdown took place I started learning home workouts. I really enjoyed doing this workout so I thought I would do 3 extra reps, that’s when it all went wrong! Little did I know the resistance band didn’t want to the extra 3!"
