Info from Licensor: "I’ve had ongoing Service issues with my mail carrier for years. To include not delivering the mail or throwing packages. I have caught her on video several times being careless with packages but the other day I was expecting two packages in the mail. She delivered one package throwing it hard on my porch and later that afternoon she realize she had forgotten to deliver the second one, returned, and decided to send it 'airmail'."
