Info from Licensor: My name is Josh. I was driving home after picking up food. I rounded a curve and got a clear line of sight down the road and immediately noticed a low small cloud that seemed to by swirling in a hook. I had my phone in my hand so I as quickly as possible flipped to my camera. As I approached, another swirling cloud was coming from the opposite direction of the first and that’s when things got a little tense as they swirled around each other a third appeared and all three came together creating a funnel updraft by the time I stopped at the traffic light it was only a few hundred yards straight shot to where I was sitting.
