Info from Licensor: "Due to COVID-19, my Uncle couldn't celebrate his birthday as one normally would. So my aunt arranged a surprise drive-thru birthday party for him! She contacted friends and family and had them drive by their house at a specific time. The results were pure joy as a whopping 36 cars lined up, winding around the neighborhood. It didn't seem to bother people they'd only get to see him for a few seconds, but it brought him a lot of joy. There were lots of horn honking, passing cards through the window, and even a few signs and balloons. That is one birthday he'll never forget!"
